your comma separated file (.csv) must contain the first 18 items.
If delivering to a terminal, use columns 19 and 20 (columns S and T)
If the item is for amendment purposes, put 1 in column 21 (U).
Arrange your spreadsheet in the following format. Do not include column headers (descriptions) in your file.
